Hello, nice to meet you!  My name is Jaime K. Simpson, and I am a Designated Mortgage Broker/Owner with over 20 years of experience in the industry.  I am very familiar with many aspects of mortgage financing, enabling me to help you find a loan program that best suits your needs. Getting a mortgage can seem quite tedious; but rest assured that working with me I will do everything I can to ensure your loan process will go as smooth as possible. I pride myself in my accessibility, reliability, and communication.  I believe that each client deserves nothing less than 100% transparency and confidence to trust their Mortgage Broker.

Many clients may think that they are unable to qualify for a home purchase or refinance, so they don’t even attempt to apply for a mortgage. I am happy to say that there are multiple loan programs available to fit clients of different credit and qualifying profiles. I also have the industry skills and knowledge to help provide guidance to clients who are not ready to buy, that can potentially help improve their credit for a future refinance or purchase.

When I am not working  I enjoy spending time with my family. I am married to a wonderful husband and together we have three crazy, energetic, awesome children. I love being outdoors and having family movie night.
